In 2005, the company was the first country in Asia and the fifth country in the world to successfully manufactured microchip-based e-passports for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The company adopted biometric verification technology to prevent identity theft using fingerprints and facial recognition. The passport format is also more secured, and the e-passport service is improved. This outsourcing service is highly praised in terms of convenience and fast services. Government agencies in Thailand and overseas have traveled to study the e-passport service at the Consular Department, the Department of Foreign Affairs. The company is proud to be a part of the e-Passport system development for Thai people. Moreover, the company also created other systems, such as electronic examinations using smart cards for the Department of Land Transport, to facilitate test-takers and prevent cheating. The examination is conducted automatically so that test-takers quickly know the results after the examination.
