หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
- Work with the VP to agree sales strategy, activity, budgets and targets
- Coordinate with digital and technology team to serve specific needs of clients - Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
- Analyze and monitor market, key clients, competitor activity
- Find and solve the client paint point
- Manage key client relationships, develop business, and participate in closing strategic opportunities
- Manage client expectations and contribute to a high level of the satisfaction
- Establish strategies for building good relationships with clients
- Manage the sales teams, operations, and resources to deliver profitable growth
คุณสมบัติ:
- Thai nationality, 35-45 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or above in IT/Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related fields
- 10 years of sales experience which includes a minimum of 5 years' experience in managerial position
- Experience in Digital & Technology, IT/SI industry
- Proven experience in prospecting and developing new business, with expert management of the sales process from the prospect to close the deals
- Ability to initiate, develop and grow C-level and senior relationships within target client organizations
- Strong analytical skills, project management and technical acumen
- Attractive personality and excellent human relations skills
- In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and method
