หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
  • Prepare the presentation and report it in the presale and delivery tracking meetings.
  • Assist PM for monitoring project plans, project schedules, cost control, budgets and expenditures.
  • Coordinate with the stakeholder both internal and external.
  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Make documents and provide the administrative support as needed.
  • Other duty as assigned
คุณสมบัติ:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in any related field.
  • 3 years experience in Admin or coordination.
  • Able to travel
  • Excellent in coordination skill.
  • Able to use Microsoft Office
  • Good interpersonal skills, team player and communication are consideredessential for job success.
  • Able to work under pressure and be committed to deadlines
