หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
- Prepare the presentation and report it in the presale and delivery tracking meetings.
- Assist PM for monitoring project plans, project schedules, cost control, budgets and expenditures.
- Coordinate with the stakeholder both internal and external.
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Make documents and provide the administrative support as needed.
- Other duty as assigned
คุณสมบัติ:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in any related field.
- 3 years experience in Admin or coordination.
- Able to travel
- Excellent in coordination skill.
- Able to use Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal skills, team player and communication are consideredessential for job success.
- Able to work under pressure and be committed to deadlines
